The Company acquires and uses Personal Information within the scope necessary for the following purposes unless otherwise permitted as an exception by laws and regulations. (1)当社は、公正かつ適法な手段により個人情報を取得します。
(2)当社は、関連法令等に従って、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲に限り、個人情報を取り扱います。当社は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において、個人データを正確かつ最新の内容に保つとともに、利用目的に応じて個人データの保持期間を定め、利用目的を達成したときはこれを適切な方法で遅滞なく消去するよう努めます。
(3) 当社は、関連法令等に基づき、その取り扱う個人データについて、漏えい、滅失又は毀損の防止その他の個人データの安全管理のために必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じ、個人情報の保護に努めます。安全管理措置の詳細を確認されたい場合は、「８. 個人情報の開示等の請求」に従ってご請求ください。

JAPAN、Facebook、Twitter、サイバー・コミュニケーションズ を含む第三者配信事業者（法令に基づく同意取得等の必要手続を履践することを前提に外国にある事業者を含みます。以下、「第三者配信事業者」といいます。）により当社の広告が掲載される可能性があります。当社の保有する個人情報（Cookie（クッキー）等の識別情報を含みます。以下本項において同じ。）と第三者配信事業者が保有する個人情報を、第三者配信事業者においてマッチングを行い、その結果に基づいて広告を配信することがあります。当社は、氏名その他個人を識別することのできる情報を第三者配信事業者に提供することはありません。第三者配信事業者が、これらの情報を広告配信以外の目的で利用することはありません。 Company advertisements may be posted on Google, Yahoo! 当社は、個人情報の取り扱いを外部事業者（外国にあるクラウドサーバーを使用する国内の外部事業者を含みます。）に委託することがあります。この場合、その取扱いを委託された個人情報の安全管理が図られるよう、契約等により委託を受けた者に対する必要かつ適切な監督を行います。 The Company may contract with an external service provider (including external service providers that use cloud servers located overseas) for the handling of Personal Information.
